  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
  • Pre-owned devices are sold as inspected and certified. Condition details are disclosed on each product listing.

3. Orders & Payment

  • RICH MALUME reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • RICH MALUME is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it at richmalume.co.za before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property All content on richmalume.co.za — including logos, images, product descriptions, and brand assets — is the property of RICH MALUME. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, RICH MALUME is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
