RICH MALUME Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver across South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier availability or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be reflected at checkout.


5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner's tracking portal.


6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage: 📧 support@richmalume.co.za

If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter within 7 business days.


8. Worry-Free Shipping Add-On For added peace of mind, you can add our Worry-Free Shipping option at checkout (R99). This covers you against loss or damage in transit, ensuring a replacement or full refund if something goes wrong.
